Although iQualify is built for learners with a focus on enhancing their success, we understand that a big part of learner success can be attributed to the support they receive from their facilitators.

Our team have been focussing on updating the Facilitator Dashboard to provide partners with the learner insights they need to support their learners. We’ve also tweaked some of the previous dashboard functionality to make it more intuitive and easier to use.

This is our first major iteration on the original Facilitator Dashboard and we think the changes add huge value to the facilitator role within iQualify. The feedback we’ve had so far shows that these insights will help partners to boost retention and achievement rates for their learners and their organisation.

New Facilitator Dashboard

The new Facilitator Dashboard still shows a list of all learners. However, learners can now be sorted from A-Z (both by first and last name), by progress or by last logged in. In addition you can find a specific learner using the search function. All facilitators now show in this list as well. This allows facilitators to re-set their own quiz attempts which we know is important when working with learners to help them understand their quiz results.

Learner profile page

By clicking on an individual learner you can easily see their progress and level of engagement. The key insights available on this page are:

  • Level of engagement
  • Overall progress
  • Last page visited
  • Most active study time
  • Assessment progress

Assessments

From the learner profile page you can also access their assessment information. Here you can view quiz results and answers and reset quiz attempts. You can also access submitted assignments.

We’re excited about the improvements we’ve made to the Facilitator Dashboard and are planning to continue to add depth to these insights in the future.

We’d love to hear what you think about the latest improvements and are happy to answer any questions you may have as well.
